We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your ordered perfumes and/or oils must not be used more than 15%. To start a return, you can contact us at +92 309 7630001. If your return is accepted then you can send your parcel with ordered items with all of its labels/boxes and proper packing to us as per instructed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return and/or refund related question at +92 309 7630001 and we shall be happy to assist.
Please check your order thoroughly upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right accordingly.
Please do not accept your parcel from the courier if it is opened or damaged already, Anmol.pk shall not be held responsible if the damaged and/or opened parcel is accepted by customer.
Certain types of items purchased cannot be returned. This list includes, but is not limited to, customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) as these items are made just for you. We also do not accept the returns on samples and testers. Sale Items and Gift Cards are not returnable and non-refundable as well, unfortunately.
